Preparation and Cooking Time: 45 minutesThis treat is super easy to make and has just 4 ingredients.
You’ll need these ingredients:
4 pears any variety
2 tablespoons pure organic maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (I used activated ones)
1 tsp cinnamon ( good for your blood sugar)
Cut your pears in half and remove core. Drizzle over the maple syrup and add a little extra in the hole where the core was. Sprinkle over walnuts then cover with cinnamon.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes and serve with organic coconut yoghurt. ( I adder protein to mine this afternoon)
